When the equipment is powered on, you can connect using the default static IP address through your web browser:
With the "WebleFinder" tool, you can scan your network to find all connected Weble devices. The tool is available here

Once the page is loaded, you will be able to enter the default credentials.
During the startup phase, the device will have the IP address 20.20.20.21 for approximately 20 seconds.
